Primary Accountability/Responsibility: 

Responsible for the management, development and revenue growth of viable existing accounts within the company. Duties include maintenance of client relationships, account support, and prospect within account for new business opportunities. 

Job Accountability/Responsibility:

Participate in cross functional sales and marketing campaigns designed to up sell current clients. 
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups. 
Possess a customer service-oriented approach. 
Select and prioritize the high-growth and value opportunities within the client base. 
Responsible for growth and management of the client base. 
Serve as a liaison with clients regarding new product launches. 
Assist with the successful transition of clients from sales to implementation and service delivery. 

Prospecting and Planning - Identifies high potential sales opportunities within the client base and targets them. Builds rapport and educates the client with the use of internal and external resources.
Qualifying and Analysis - Leads and develops an account strategy using the clients business objectives, growth plans, technical needs, budget and project timelines. 
Proposing and Closing - Submits and presents the client a comprehensive proposal with a solution that achieves the business goals. Responsible for all client contract renewal and negotiations. 



Job Requirements

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
Bachelor's level degree
2-4 years' experience in enterprise sales, Strong interpersonal skills; must work effectively with associates; team player Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; must communicate effectively in a professional manner Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage priorities, and remain professional at all times Strong MS Office skills Must display a willingness to learn and self initiative Prior technology sales experience (desired)
