About this Role:

The Communications Manager for Sponsorships and Online Reputation role involves strategizing and managing sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with our company’s brand values, as well as managing and enhancing our online reputation across various platforms. Additionally, this role will manage Windstream’s residential online reputation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with the Chief Marketing Officer, (CMO), you’ll identify, evaluate, and secure opportunities that promote brand visibility and align with company objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with regional marketing stakeholders, sponsors, and community organizations.
  • Manage sponsorship and partnership agreements ensuring they offer value to all parties involved with max publicity while liaising with a cross functional team of stakeholders.
  • Plan and support the execution of sponsorships activities, including events, collaborations, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Sales to integrate sponsorship strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sponsorship campaigns, providing analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage Kinetic’s online reputation, including monitoring online reviews, social media mentions, and digital channels. Note that this position is not on the Social Media team, but you will work closely with them.
  • Develop and implement strategies for soliciting positive customer feedback and reviews online.
  • Work alongside Customer Care teams, address negative reviews and feedback in a timely and professional manner, and work to resolve issues to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Plan for, and run, a third-party online reputation tool including maintain controls, training and execution to build online ratings and reviews.
  • Engage with the online community and act as the brand’s voice to enhance our online presence and reputation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and online reputation management best practices.
Do You Have:

  • Experience with Google My Business, Yelp, Facebook Reviews, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, etc. Waiver able with significant experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sponsorships, online reputation management, social or earned media.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing successful partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills to assess partnership performance and online reputation insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative partnership ideas and reputation-enhancing strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, online review sites, and relevant digital tools.
  • Program management and program auditing experience.

The starting compensation range for this job is $63,500 to $81,700.
