Job Description:

  • This position will be responsible for outbound calling activities through assigned campaigns, leads, and opportunity follow-ups in a fast paced sales environment to include new customer acquisition, existing customer broadband acquisition/upgrades, and direct mailer follow-ups.
  • Skill set for cold calling SMB in WIN exchange areas to present value added services to new and existing customers based on needs assessment. 
  • Building a healthy funnel/pipeline of opportunities via rigorous prospecting and sales activity to meet/exceed quota.
  • Differentiate Windstream from competition using cost control, ROI and productivity client buy-in.

Desired Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of sales experience
  • Business/Sales acumen; fluent in ‘Biz-Speak’ over ‘Tech Talk.’
  • Consultative/Solutions Selling track record
  • Excellent communication skills; polished and professional.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
  • Extremely motivated; courageous, tenacious and results-oriented.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience: 
 

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Business to Business experience preferred.

 
High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
