Job Description
 
  • Build rapport with existing mid-market customer base, no cold calling in a fast paced activity driven environment
  • Recommend solutions based on customers critical business issues
  • Convert, upsell and retain your assigned customer base
  • Work cross functionally with Support Teams to deliver a great customer experience
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers (pre-post installation)
  • Responsible for a 30-60-90-day pipeline management of sales opportunities in Saleforce.com CRM, including generation of accurate sales forecasts and attainment of assigned quotas
 
Skills
 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Adaptability to improvement for internal systems and processes
 
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • College degree or equivalent and 2+ years professional level job related experience (inside or direct sales experience); or 6+ years professional level equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
