  • The Sr Analyst Systems Transformation role will provide two key roles.  First, they will oversee issue research and issue resolution with IT and our various Sales teams specific to those systems used by the Kinetic Sales teams, primarily Business and Wholesale sales.  Second, they will help develop, catalog and coordinate strategy for our existing systems/functionality (minor enhancements, break fixes etc.)
  • This role will be a key resource responsible for coordination with Kinetic Channel Support, Sales leadership, IT Scrum teams and Training for various production releases.
  • They will also coordinate and participate in testing and beta launches for large strategic initiatives. This role will work directly with our IT development teams and the Kinetic Systems Transformation leaders to ensure all strategy is aligned to major project developments and overall Kinetic prioritization.
  • The Sr Analyst will also be responsible for developing communication decks for large projects to ensure our Kinetic teams have an understanding of the future system direction.

Key experiences include:


  • Ability to submit a sales quote usingWinforce, PAO and Windirect; or a general understanding of the Kinetic Business and Wholesale quoting process.
  • The ability to submit an order via DCRIS and Wincare, for both transactional and complex Kinetic products.
  • The ability to process an order once submitted, through the Service Delivery, Assignment and Provisioning processes; or a general understanding of how these orders process through the work flow engines, BPMS, Taskbucket, WinOM, etc.
  • Familiarity with the Kinetic product offering for consumer, business, and ILEC wholesale segments. 
  • The ability to understand the prioritization of issues when reported.  For example, if a system issue is discovered by a sales team, be able to quantify and understand the impact to the Kinetic BU, and report the priority/severity clearly to IT and the business.
  • Experience with Jira and/or ADO to submit user stories and make updates accordingly. 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:  


College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1+ years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 1+ years supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
