Job Responsibilities:

Support of our strategic product scrum teams and related program leaders in driving overall project plan, implementation and other project activities. May manage multiple project parts concurrently; may independently manage small projects.

Practices good tactical project management skills. Is familiar with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies.

Effectively participates in the definition, organization and planning of project schedules to meet required project timeframes. Has participated in the estimation of moderately complex projects.  Works closely with product managers and development teams to ensure proper resource allocation and budgeting to the project.

Has effectively managed a schedule for a moderately complex project while demonstrating a working knowledge and application of agile practices. Assists in managing risk and issues of the project.

Work closely with development teams and subject matter experts to plan, perform, and maintain project tasks and milestones.

Lead daily stand-ups and scrum ceremonies for scrum teams, work with product owners in backlog grooming and sprint planning. Use agile boards/dashboards to assist with managing progress of the project teams.

Ensure accurate and complete project documents/artifacts are maintained for each project and appropriate documents are distributed in a timely manner.

Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and ability to explain complex ideas simply and concisely. Prepares and presents project updates to the appropriate project stakeholders.

Create or update project and system documentation as needed (e.g. user stories, SOW, process flows)

Demonstrates confidence and optimism. Proactively resolves issues and makes recommendations.

Collaborate with team members in Software Development, Product Management, and Production Operations teams to deliver on-time quality solutions.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements: College degree in a Technical or related field and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7 years professional level related Technical experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Technical experience required.
