About the Role:

The Network Analyst – NOC will be responsible for providing operational support for Windstream’s service provider data network. The network consists of Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco routers and switches.

The Data Network Operation Center (DNOC) provides 24x7x365 support for the Windstream Communication service provider data network.

  • Preference will be given to an applicant with Voice skillset and OfficeSuite. 
  • Shift available M-F 1pm-10pm EST 
  • Knowledge of data networking concepts and technologies such as routing protocols, TCP/IP, PPP, and Ethernet. Good communication skills are a necessary component of the job. 
  • Work is performed in shifts within a 24x7 Network Operations Center environment.
  • Must be available to work ANY SHIFT, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 3-4 years technical/telephony experience with 3 years directly related to the job; or 6 years of directly related telephony or network operations experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience required.
