Responsibilities:
- Manage Kinetic's e-commerce infrastructure and strategy to drive digital sales while providing a seamless consumer experience
- Build 3-year strategic plan, inclusive of all digital properties (Windstream.com, Go-Kinetic.com, KineticInternetDeals.com, KineticBusinessInternet.com)
- Full P&L responsibility, including budget, exceeding sales targets and maintaining bottom line targets for E-Commerce channel
- Identify growth opportunities, collaborate with Digital team to conduct budgetary and campaign planning, manage subsequent execution
- Help Kinetic reach its business objectives by leveraging E-Commerce channel and other affiliated mediums
- Acquire new customers for Kinetic through digital channels reducing Consumer CPGA
- Improve the experience for customers using Kinetic's digital cart and develop quantitative ways of measuring consumer satisfaction
- Gather and leverage data E-Commerce reporting to drive business decisions
- Leverage data to gain leadership buy-in
- Work with cross functional partners in Kinetic operations and marketing to test other points of digital connection with customers
- Ensure proper collaboration between IT, Marketing, Creative and other cross-functional
teams to deliver on eCommerce and Digital sales and performance objectives
You should have:
- An In-depth understanding of e-Commerce business models and how to drive e-commerce sales through innovative, effective, and cost-efficient marketing/merchandising programs and strategies
- Experience selecting and managing vendor and systemic partnerships
- A consumer-centric mindset - you'll learn the Kinetic consumer strategies and make decisions through that lens
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans independently while enlisting support cross-functionally
- A partnership mentality to work closely with marketing, digital, design, sales, operations, and finance
- Entrepreneurial and creative solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to flex and help marketing and sales partners
- Expertise analyzing and communicating performance data, developing test plans, and partnering with Analytics teams for advanced analysis
- Experience with software including Google Analytics, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
