Job Description:

The Recruiter will provide support for the recruiting and staffing efforts of multiple organizations.

Essential Functions:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and to assist and provide guidance in requisition completion.
  • Manage job postings, applicant review and screenings, schedule interviews, and/or assist with the interviewing process.
  • Coordinate and assist in the offer process.
  • Complete the offer process until the new hires start date.
  • Develop recruiting sources to maintain an uninterrupted flow of candidates.
  • Provide coaching to hiring managers on the interview and hiring processes 
  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires..
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Track candidates through Taleo, and effectively maintain a workbench in the system.
Essential skills:

Extensive high volume full life cycle recruiting is necessary to be successful in this position. Must be able to successfully work with a diverse array of management and communication styles to provide world class customer service. Must be able to efficiently manage multiple priorities and demonstrate good decision making skills in prioritization.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 2-4 years professional level experience; or 6+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required. Previous experience with Taleo or applicant tracking systems preferred.
