About this Role:

The Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for our business customer segments. The role involves developing a deep understanding of the target market, creating marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products and services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and deliver results.

What You’ll Do:

    Define and drive the optimal segment marketing strategy and campaigns for various customer segments.
  • Develop new customer and/or retention targets to measure program effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze program performance through the development of KPIs and dashboards.
  • Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of segment’s needs, behaviors and preferences.
  • Develop customer journeys to guide marketing efforts.
  • Create compelling marketing content and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop and execute campaigns across a variety of sales and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape and industry best practices

Do You Have:

  • Passion and skill for leading and partnering with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B acquisition marketing role.
  • Experience in marketing telecommunications, internet, data center, VoIP or similar services.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Highly strategic, analytical and data driven marketer.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms, such as Marketo and
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelors in marketing, Business, Communications. MBA in marketing is a plus.

The starting compensation range for this job is $76,100 to $99,900.
