The Vice President of Customer Advocacy will model, design, and execute against the overall company strategy. Candidate will size the department, model forecasted revenue, costs, margin, risks, capital requirements. Own P&L responsibility for department, build teams, hire external resources. Develop operating standards, supervise project portfolio, and leverage or develop resources and supply to execute on projects and programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan strategically, including market entry strategy
  • Advise leadership team on key issues, make recommendations on business decisions, advise on risks and threats
  • Establish and grow operational processes; improve existing processes
  • Ensure high quality of department’s output, especially as it pertains to customer acquisition and delivery of services
  • Set aggressive, achievable goals for the department, tied to long term goals of company and monitor department’s performance against goals
  • Establish and monitor performance reporting systems
  • Develop great people and great teams by developing organizational structure
  • Ensure department and projects are run profitably, efficiently, and with clear ROI.

 

SKILLS

  • Track record of successful customer management experience
  • Deep technical understanding and ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a high degree of organizational and scheduling abi

 


Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements: College degree or equivalent and 12+ years professional experience with 5-7 years supervisory experience; or 14+ years professional level equivalent related experience with 3-5 years supervisory experience; or a combination of education and related professional level experience required.
