Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Coaching, training, and developing FSRs through hands-on performance management and continuous feedback. Monitoring FSRs to ensure compliance with established procedures and practices and compliance with both internal and external regulations and standards. Supporting and providing assistance to FSRs and handling customer escalations as necessary. Managing attendance and addressing all employee issues timely and effectively. Other duties as assigned. Must be able to work flexible hours on a rotating schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays. 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:  

College degree and 1 year customer service/call center experience with 0-1 year supervisory/lead experience for supervisory roles or college degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; OR 3+ years relevant customer service/call center experience with 0-1 supervisory/lead experience for supervisory roles or 7+ years professional level experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; OR Equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
