The Sr. Recruiter role will be part of a team of experienced recruiters, proactively seeking experienced talent for a variety of position located throughout the US.

Essential Functions:
  • Leading all aspects of full life cycle recruiting: partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, assessing external/internal candidates against job profiles, and applying behavior based interviewing techniques to assess for knowledge and cultural fit
  • Establishing partnerships with senior leadership and HR business partners to understand both short-term needs and long-term talent strategies, and, aligning recruiting strategies to support the business
  • Developing effective sourcing strategies and using research techniques such as direct sourcing, data mining, and networking to quickly identify and attract a diverse slate of quality candidates
  • Gathering, analyzing and presenting information related to supply/demand of talent, labor market and compensation hiring trends, new sourcing avenues, and other relevant market data
  • Adhering to and providing guidance on all internal/external laws, regulations, compliance standards, HR policies and procedures related to maintaining compliance throughout the selection process
  • Utilizing all available technology and systems to track and report relevant data and to ensure data integrity
  • Understanding and applying employment laws related to recruiting and hiring
  • Collaborating with customers and team members

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:  

College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1+ year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 1+ year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
