Position Overview:

The purpose of the Senior Analyst Finance role is to support the implementation of pricing programs that advance key company initiatives related to revenue optimization, margin improvement, the TDM exit strategy, and network realignment.

Responsibilities:

This role is expected to facilitate critical processes related to execution of pricing initiatives.  This involves reviewing and managing business cases related to implementing pricing changes, enforcing pricing policy, and troubleshooting and resolving inquiries. A strong customer-focus mindset is required along with the ability to gather and manage data used to support decisions.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform Business Case Reviews - approve or deny change requests based on full perspective of activities taking place on an account and to ensure compliance with pricing policies
  • Project manage special case rollouts through collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Drive implementation of process enhancements across multiple organizations as it pertains to managing upstream and downstream impacts of pricing initiatives
  • Extract and analyze data used to perform reporting for various stakeholders, including analysis, troubleshooting anomalies, and explanation of results
  • Identify data gaps and articulate a solution that will help streamline reporting processes and generally improve the company’s data integrity and business intelligence

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective and productive relationships with cross functional departmental leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillset
  • Attention to detail and ability to decipher, explain and document complex processes for various stakeholder interests
  • Data management skillset including proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint.  SQL writing preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of telecom industry products and solutions including knowledge of inner workings of WIN billing, provisioning, and CRM systems

College degree and 8 years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12 years professional level related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired.
