IT Project Manager II - Infrastructure
This position is primarily responsible for managing projects and work efforts for the IT infrastructure organization but will also include IT Inventory System implementation and decommissioning (if applicable) and other company initiatives. 
Projects can consist of IT infrastructure projects or application integration.  Will require planning and coordination of work efforts with the IT Infrastructure, IT Security, IT Application Development, Risk/Audit, and other business units that manage or use impacted systems.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Cloud solutions, Business Continuity, process design best practices, strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail and proven ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously to make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The chosen candidate will need to communicate with senior leadership, project sponsor, management and other necessary parties as to the status of specific projects on a regular basis.

The responsibilities of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish project team, gaining appropriate representation from all affected groups
  • Determine and develop project roadmaps
  • Create Supporting PowerPoint presentations
  • Work with team to drive data gathering and gap identification/resolution
  • Track project risks and issues and drive risk/issue mitigation and/or resolution
  • Facilitate status and ad hoc meetings, implementation to review and monitor project goals and status.
  • Ability to drive teams to meet timelines and expected deliverables
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and status
  • Track project budget
  • Manage relationship with Business Owners and Project Sponsors
  • Manage third party vendor relationships as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Manage multiple projects, with interdependencies in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
  • High energy attitude with a desire to 'Get Stuff Done'
  • Utilizing project management best practices and aligning with the PMO methodology (Agile/Hybrid approach), work inside project teams to review scope of work and create project plans.
  • Influence effectively between the Business Owners, Project Managers (PMs), and Operations Teams to support delivery, risk mitigation, change management, and issue resolution
  • Effectively manage and lead the successful delivery of the Infrastructure projects and requests from within various phases of delivery, across the entire lifecycle of Delivery within project timeline and budget.
  • Maintain a regular reporting schedule for project status and communicate accordingly with executive level management
  • Effectively provide problem solving skill sets

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: 
  • College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience; or 4 years professional level related experience. 
  • Experience using Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
  • Budget management experience
  • Project Management certification preferred

Required Skills:

  • Project management knowledge and experience as outlined above
  • Experience managing IT projects teams and projects
  • Ability to utilize software products to accomplish project management and reporting deliverables
  • Experience creating and driving project, test, and implementation plans
