 Job Responsibilities:




  • Leading a team of sales personnel in our retail store

  • Managing, coaching, and motivating retail personnel to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.



 Desired Qualifications:




  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to drive productivity and foster an environment that facilitates excellence in sales and customer service

  • Highly developed written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Great analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to embrace flexible work hours and changing job demands

  • Must be able to motivate staff, sell technology, and hold team accountable for sales goals

  • Ability to work at each store location within area of responsibility, as well as to travel and work sales events as needed.



**$1500 Sign on Bonus*** to be paid 6 months after employment. Employee must be a new employee with Windstream and employed at time of payout in order to receive sign on bonus.**

College degree and 4-6 years job related experience (outside, direct or retail sales experience); or 8+ years equivalent related experience; or a combination of education and related experience required.
