We are looking for a Full-Time Azure cloud administrator with operations-oriented skill sets to support multiple cloud systems within our Azure environment. This role will be in support of our Cloud Architecture team and work along with application developer teams.



This opportunity is in a fast-paced environment as we migrate and refactor strategic applications from our on-premises datacenters to our Azure cloud environment.



Job Responsibilities:




  • Support of Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions.

  • Windows Server OS / Troubleshooting and Support

  • Linux (RedHat) Server OS / Troubleshooting and Support

  • Database Support

  • Patching and Availability management

  • Manage and coordinate technical activities (maintenance) for cloud servers.

  • After hours and on-call support for customer/business critical.



Minimum Technical Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in related technical field, or 6 years of work experience in technical field

  • Four years of Windows and Linux System administration (on-prem or cloud)



Other desirable Skills:




  • Exposure to cloud administration and reporting tools.

  • Some level of Database administration (preferably Postgres or Microsoft SQL)

  • Industry Certifications (Cloud/sys admin/security)

  • Scripting & Automation experience

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements: College degree in a Technical or related field and 3-5 years professional level experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or 7 years professional level related Technical experience with 0-1 year supervisory experience for roles with supervision; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Technical experience required.
