The Performance Improvement Coach responsibilities include but are not limited to: driving productivity to ensure that Account Management & Sales Representatives consistently meets/exceeds sales objectives. Other responsibilities include training, coaching, evaluating the sales team and working with sales managers on administering corrective action when necessary. 

Candidate must also possess great leadership, coaching, motivational, training and teaching skills. In addition, individual must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Applicant must also possess great analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and motivational skills with a proven track record to drive productivity and foster an environment that facilitates excellence in sales and customer service. Highly developed written and oral communication skills. Outstanding time management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and flexibility with work hours and changing job demands is required. 

Additional Responsibilities:
• Responsible for monitoring sales teams, processes, compliance, and developing/designing improvements.  
• Observe, evaluate and provide coaching to sales representatives, sale team leads, and sales managers on defined quality and performance metrics.
• Calibrate scoring and coaching with all Sales Managers as required.
• Provide constructive feedback and reporting metrics to the management team regarding areas for improvement with overall processes as well as individual rep development.
• Create and Facilitate training sessions, as needed, for the call center on topics related to quality objectives, soft skills and technical expertise.
• Engage other internal departments and develop procedures and processes when needed to ensure customer’s questions/issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Proactively remain engaged in sales processes and procedures and look for opportunities during the QA process to improve and better align processes and procedures with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Required Skills/Competencies:
• Customer Relationship management skillsincluding demonstrated ability to display a strong customer serviceorientation 
• Well organized self- starter, with a highlevel of attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• 2-5 years of sales of network communicationand/or managed IT services experience 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite(word, excel, power point, etc.) 
• Experience with sales force automation systems preferred

Interpersonal Skills - The PIC must be able toeffectively build and maintain both internal and external customerrelationships. The individual will foster a positive relationship within theorganization and demonstrate the Windstream Business Values and Brand at alltimes.
Industry Knowledge - Must possess a high levelof knowledge/training in Windstream products and have the ability to provideanalysis of how we differentiate from the competition. Participate andsuccessfully complete in all necessary trainings.
Collaboration- The PIC will network throughoutthe organization to pull in appropriate resources to address the sales teamsneeds and develop metrics and training across the entire CLEC Direct Salesorganization
