This position will focus primarily on reporting and analysis for the ITorganization. The ideal candidate is very motivated and willing to take onchallenges, able to multi-task to succeed and has the ability workindependently and with minimal oversight. This role will be responsible forfinancial analysis, developing reports, designing forecast templates, andanalyzing data.  Act as a liaison to multiple internal work groups and other business units.


-       Monthly reporting and financial analysis for the IT organization; perform monthly review of financials and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis.

-       Ensures accuracy of data within the reports generated and understandsthe content of supporting documentation and proactively research issues that have a significant impact on financial results.

-       Support development and analysis of annual and quarterly forecasting and planning activities; including Op Ex, M&I and Capitalized Labor.

-       Create and maintain a concise set of standard reports as well as conductad-hoc reporting and analysis as necessary.

-       Create presentations and visual aids to help illustrate data in ways that areappropriate to the audience. Present information in an easy to understandcommunication approach including oral presentations and writtencommunications. Develop communication points and processes to supportanalysis, reports and projects.

-       Provide insight on data trends and anomalies, making recommendationswhere appropriate to improve service performance; Uses various softwareand a variety of established methods to gather, analyze, and interpret datato derive useful information and analyze key financial drivers.

-       Work cross-functionally with multiple groups including Accounting & Finance, FP&A, IT stakeholders and other business segments.

-       Participate in analysis briefings to various groups including senior staff.


-       Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-       Outstanding attention to detail, and demonstrated success in building andquickly establishing trust and confidence with all key players across thevarious organizations.

-       Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with the ability toformulate insights, and to deliver expert advice, recommendations, andconsulting for historical measures and leading indicators.

-       Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability tomaintain a high level of confidentiality.

-       Demonstrated ability to create and deliver appropriate training andcommunication in support of tools, processes, and data integrity.

-       Exceptional ability to visually present and communicate compelling data,analysis and findings.

-       Ability to operate with a high degree of interpersonal flexibility and handlemultiple projects simultaneously to meet goals/ deadlines.

-       Ability communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.

-       Advanced MS Office and Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc);Excellent software skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; Strongattention to detail; Excellent analytic skills.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements: College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1+ year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 1+ year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
