The Engineer II/III position will be the key lead technical resource for the Service Assurance (SA) Solutions team tasked designing, developing and maintaining the existing automation and optimizing the overall Voice Troubleshooting workflow in the Service Assurance organization.
Job Responsibilities:
This Engineer position will be a key technical resource for the Service Assurance (SA) Solutions team tasked with automating and optimizing the overall workflow of the SA organization to include:
Expected to learn and understand OSS/BSS system interactions related to customer records and services to isolate and identify gaps in automation.
Will support software developers building product enhancements, repair automation scripts, tools, and provide technical analysis of any failures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
College degree in Engineering or a related field and 2-4 years professional level experience; or 6 years professional level related Engineering/Technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Engineering/Technical experience required.
