Reporting professional responsible for developing and maintaining third party access service technologies supporting company’s products & services.  Responsible for business and technical review, overseeing cross-functional on-boarding and ongoing management of the successful use of the services by the company.  Strong contributor in the preparation and communication of content into systems for consumption by systems and groups across the company.
  • Manage and maintain access service technologies portfolio to assure the optimal use by user communities for the purpose of new business or savings initiatives
  • Knowledge point of contact on technical and business priorities in the implementation and continued use of the services
  • Create content to be consumed by database systems supporting user communities demonstrating strong technical, business & database knowledge and skills
  • Lead initiatives as necessary to improve or expand the portfolio performance
  • Creation of market and portfolio reports identifying strength weakness and threats
  • Manage and maintain lifecycle documentation
  • Work successfully with a team of professionals in the ongoing development and advancement of the portfolio through shared initiatives in both supporting and leading roles.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:  
College degree and 10-15 years with progressive experience in telecommunications, IP, hardware or software fields, in program, product or operational management.  Finance background also a plus.
