The Business Systems Technician installs, maintains, and repairs telecommunication system equipment and services primarily for business customers. This position handles mostly routine assignments; communicates with customers regarding installation/repair; and, promotes and sells company products and features based on customer needs.

Minimum Requirements:
Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 3-4 years of technical/telephony experience with 3 years directly related to the job; or 6 years of directly related telephony or network operations experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience; or applicable military experience required.
