About the Role:

This position is primarily responsible for all Fiber Voice Installations across the ILEC footprint. Cutover activity, Network Upgrades and TDM decommissions. Voice testing within the ILEC footprint for new sites, card-adds, and other provisioning plans where voice will be required or installed.

What You’ll Do:

Switch Provisioning across multiple platforms (DMS100/500, DMS10/CS1500, GTD5, DCO, EWSD & Metaswitch). Equipment provisioning across various vendor platforms and equipment types, including but not limited to Calix and Adtran ONT’s, Actiontec, Sagemcom and Polycom ATA Devices. Building/configuring voice gateways. Providing support to field technicians during customer installations. Providing support for cutover activity relating to voice services.

Do You Have:

Associate Degree in a technical discipline and 2-3 years technical/telephony experience with 2+ years directly related to the job; or 4+ years of directly related telephony experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or directly related telephony experience required

The starting compensation range for this job is $34,400 to $43,800.
