Position Title: Principal, Salesforce and Agile Operations

Role Overview: As the Principal, Salesforce and Agile Operations, you will embody the role of a chief of staff for the department reporting to the VP of Business Advancement, leading our efforts to define, guide, and optimize operations, accountability, and governance across our Agile delivery processes. This leadership position requires a keen focus on strategic alignment within our Salesforce ecosystem and related platforms, underpinned by a strong foundation in Agile methodologies. You will champion the adoption of best practices, drive project delivery from inception to completion, and foster a collaborative environment that supports our critical business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic chief of staff, driving the operational support and delivery strategy within the organization, with a particular focus on the Salesforce ecosystem. Implement and refine governance models, ensuring operational accountability and continuous enhancement of our Agile SDLC delivery processes and business-facing partnerships and communications. Lead Agile transformation initiatives, mentoring teams in Agile methodologies, and integrating these practices into our project delivery framework. Foster consensus among diverse stakeholder groups, promoting a culture of collaboration, engagement, and innovation across the organization. Leverage expertise in BI tools and SQL development to drive data-informed decision-making and strategic insights. Essential Skills & Experience:

Demonstrated leadership experience in operations support, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams towards excellence. Expert knowledge in the administration of Azure DevOps or JIRA (SDLC platforms), including workflow management, integrations, and pipeline optimization. Advanced proficiency in SQL development, particularly with Oracle and/or Snowflake, and a strong understanding of database analytics. Comprehensive experience with BI tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics), with certifications highly regarded. Solid project management skills, with a history of successful project delivery using Agile methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building consensus and fostering a unified team environment. Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. College degree and 8+ years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12+ years professional level related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired. A history of continuous professional development, with a preference for certifications in/across Azure DevOps, JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Snowflake, Salesforce Administration/Development, and Agile domain certifications (Product Owner, Scrum Master, SAFe) Exposure and expertise with iPaaS technologies and platforms, e.g. Microsoft Power Automate, as well as working understanding of LLM GPT tools and their value and inclusion into operational automated approaches

The starting compensation range for this job is $89,300 to $117,200.
