About this Role:

As the Regional President of Field Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our field operations, including the management, training, and performance of our field technician teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality service delivery, and optimize efficiency in field operations.

As the face of the company in the markets that we serve, the Regional President must live within our service territory.

What You’ll Do:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the field technician teams, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with company objectives. Recruit, train, mentor, and develop field technical resources to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce. Develop and implement best practices, processes, and procedures to optimize field operations, improve service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction. Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track and evaluate the performance of field technician teams, taking proactive measures to address any issues and drive continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, customer support, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of field activities with company goals and initiatives. Manage resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and budget, to effectively support field operations and meet project requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, as well as adherence to health and safety protocols, to maintain a safe and secure working environment for field technicians and clients. Foster positive relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners, addressing their needs and concerns, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging practices in field operations management, and drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Do You Have:

Experience in field operations management, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing field technician teams. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a strong focus on driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. In-depth knowledge of field operations best practices, processes, and technologies, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and projects effectively, while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
