About the Role:     

Windstream’s Strategic Enterprise Sales team is seeking an Onboarding Elite Success Manager as a vital team member to represent our Vertical Solutions team on the business end of a PMO organization. Working with the largest and most strategic accounts, this position plays a critical role for our Vertical Solutions teams, influencing how they select their sales targets and interact with the ecosystem and our customers. This role partners with the Strategic Enterprise Technical team to focus on the customer experience, both internal and external, delivering end-to-end management of the strategic sales cycle.

What You’ll Do:                 

  • Support the Strategic Enterprise Sales team by creating standard processes and procedures for interacting with the wider Windstream ecosystem.
  • Understand customer goals and what success means to them to ensure proper documentation and coordination throughout sales cycle.
  • Partner with Windstream ecosystem to orchestrate deals from pre-sales to implementation, project handoff, Service Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Understand where customers are confined in a specific stage of the customer journey and respond with:
    • Tailoring the onboarding process for the right persona based on their needs, skillset, and digital profile
    • Proactive evaluation of potential internal hurdles to create clear paths forward for ecosystem partners
  • Influence internal behavior cross-functionally to gain buy-in for Strategic Enterprise Sales initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership to sales teams on customer’s visibility of communications, solutions, and orchestration to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Program-manage implementation of new processes and procedures as Windstream establishes the Strategic Enterprise Sales organization.
  • Manage team that creates, organizes, and implements standard procedures for RFP quoting, tracking, reporting, and responses.
  • Strategic analysis of target accounts based on history, pipeline, propensity, and buying behaviors to organize and orchestrate efficient Sales initiatives.

  • Exceptional strategic planning and leadership skills, with proven record of recommending and implementing processes that drive efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership skills: ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results; ability to influence and inspire action through strong decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and synthesizing internal and external customer needs into a concise, clear, and influential presentation.
  • Strong project leadership skills and execution focus to drive results through performance – both at the individual level and at the team level

Job Requirements
