About this Role:
The Inside Account Executive works in a high-volume sales environment utilizing a proven advanced sales strategy. Our new Kinetic sales processing technology is simple, easy to use, and helps capitalize on selling opportunities effectively and efficiently. Our Account Execs can thrive in our team environment, and we demand that you have fun at work.

What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls in a fun sales center environment.
- Deliver customized solutions to new and existing customers.
- Update customer accounts through computer-based systems
- Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Do you have?
- This is a virtual/work from home position. Windstream requires employees working virtually to maintain a distraction-free workplace with sufficient highspeed internet of 25 MBPS or higher.
- Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge.
- Desire for high commissions in addition to competitive base pay.
- Experience with cold calling.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
