Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement Specialist to join our dynamic operations team. The primary focus of this role is to reduce negative Work in Progress (WIP) and ensure orders are installed and completed efficiently. This position will also drive process improvements and participate in specific trials to gain insights into operational efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • WIP Reduction and Order Completion:
  • Focus on reducing negative WIP to ensure that orders are installed and completed efficiently.
  • Monitor order progress and take proactive steps to resolve issues that could delay installations.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Participate in trials and pilot programs to identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze trial results and provide actionable insights to management.

Call Management:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls using CXONE to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Address and resolve Salesforce Not Done Case work, Legacy Not Done issues, and Dispatch Confirmation reviews.
  • Attempt to reschedule or resolve reasons for held orders through effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with field technicians to ensure the correct Not Done codes are used.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to technicians to improve accuracy in coding and overall process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve order completion rates.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Windstream sales, operations, process improvement, or a similar role.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and call management software (e.g., CXONE).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Windstream’s order operation flow and/or the ability to take initiative and accountability in obtaining general knowledge of E2E operation’s flow.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating operational gaps and necessary process improvements.

The starting compensation range for this job is $35,068 to $43,347.
