Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Paid Search Analyst to join Kinetic’s in-house paid search marketing team. The Paid Search Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across various channels to ensure maximum effectiveness and return on investment (ROI). This role requires a deep understanding of paid search marketing best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide campaign strategy and maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through rates, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and other variables to improve campaign performance.
- Manage campaign budgets and adjust bids to achieve desired cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to optimize campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to optimize landing pages and improve user experience.
Do You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1- years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
- Proven hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and/or Bing Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
- In-depth understanding of SEM campaign management and optimization practices.
- Proficiency in keyword research and analysis tools
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
The starting compensation range for this job is $49,955 to $64,311.
