What You’ll Do:

• Accurately receive inbound stock and ensure put-away completion to consistently maintain service level requirements.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Accurately complete cycle counts in adherence to documented procedures and share findings with the distribution center Manager for root cause analysis.
• Quickly move from one task to another without being expressly asked to do so.
• Maintain professional demeanor and good attendance.
• Operate heavy equipment to load and unload trucks.
• Process shipments in the FedEx Ship Manager.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills to effectively interact with peers and management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a superior ability to research data to find resolutions.

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years experience with 1-2 years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate. This is a safety sensitive position.
