This position is a work from home opportunity and can be filled remotely anywhere within the country.

About the Role:

Are you a communication rockstar with a drive to succeed? Do you crave a fast-paced environment where you can exceed expectations and make a real impact? If so, we want you on our outbound sales team! Our Inside Account Executive works remote from their homes in a high-volume sales environment utilizing a proven, advanced sales strategy. Our new Kinetic sales processing technology is simple, easy to use, and helps capitalize on selling opportunities effectively and efficiently. Our Account Execs can thrive in our team environment, and we demand that you have fun at work.

 

What you'll do:

  • Make outbound calls in a fun sales center environment
  • Deliver customized solutions to new and existing customers
  • Update customer accounts through computer-based systems
  • Work Mon to Fri, 12pm-9pm ET and Saturday  9am-6pm ET
    • Off on Sunday and Wednesday or Thursday
    • After 6 months you have the ability to move to an earlier schedule

 

Do you have?

  • Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge
  • Desire for high commissions in addition to competitive base pay
  • Proven experience in outbound sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work assigned schedule including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • This is a virtual/work from home position. Windstream requires employees working virtually to maintain a distraction-free workplace with sufficient highspeed internet of 25 MBPS or higher.

The starting base pay for this position is $31,000 to $37,200.
