About the Role:

Sr. Project Analyst is responsible for critical support and interface with Windstream Enterprise teams, providing current trends and management support tools to assist in the effective leadership of core processes in support of operational goals and objectives. Position will interact directly with other organizational units for necessary assistance in executing identified enhancements and interface with best-in-class Project Management execution. Represents a continuing cycle of problem identification, investigation, resolution development, improvement execution and re-evaluation. Benchmark customer friendly and properly supported workflows for CLEC and can scan and develop efficient processes for business accounts that flow through the organization. Identify and assist in the execution of operational enhancements focused on the goals of improved performance and provide desired services for the company. Assist in the developing and compilation of desired operating characteristics/process/procedures as it relates to operational performance goals. Interface directly with other organizational units for necessary assistance in executing identified enhancements. Assist in the verification of operational compliance with newly designed quality resolutions, processes, and procedures. Identify and assist in the execution of customer experience enhancements focused on the goals of reduced churn within the operating parameters of the company. Participate in the implementation of applicable quality management practices to identify, analyze, and evaluate internal and external processes and performance for customer impacting activities. Interface directly with Internal customers and line staff to continually understand customer experience needs and enhancements. Position must be able to support analysis of diverse elements in support of operational activities along with the ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions. The position must be able to provide justified guidance in the development or management of projects as they relate to operational goals. Knowledge of telecommunication sales and care processes and procedures, systems supporting same, service quality assuring processes and procedures, systems supporting same. Direct project management experience in sales, care and service quality assuring environments is desired. Special projects may be assigned that are outside the quality operational activities.

Do You Have:

College degree and 3-5 years professional level experience with 1+ year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or 7+ years professional level related experience with 1+ year supervisory experience for supervisory roles; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
