VP, Strategic Marketing & Demand Generation
Description
- Strategic leadership and day-to-day management of Windstream Enterprise integrated marketing campaign efforts to drive MQAs.
- Leverage advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based lead nurturing to enable the team in the optimal campaign design and execution of integrated marketing teams.
- Manage and oversee external agency relationships (brand, demand gen, campaign development, social, website)
- Create and execute an integrated mix of lead-nurturing and content marketing campaigns, including emails, landing pages, calls-to-action and content.
- Ensure team's programs grow pipeline by creating, executing and leading the demand generation strategy across every stage of the buyer’s journey with clear goals, objectives, strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Field Marketing/Events, Sales, Sales Ops, PR, and IT to formulate and execute positioning of products, messaging, sales enablement and go-to-market strategy.
- Ensure sales and marketing alignment of priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions, customer insights and/or emerging opportunities.
- Develop and lead Windstream Enterprise overall marketing automation strategy and build best-in-class marketing automation. Including a standard and documented process and templates, ensuring sales and marketing enablement on Marketo as well track results and related KPI’s.
- Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns, with the purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency and revenue generation.
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end lead-to-revenue tracking across all marketing tactics
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
- Collaborate with the creative services team and the content team and provide best-practice guidance to implement and execute campaigns utilizing Marketo marketing automation platform.
- Guide and enhance the marketing automation platform to optimize segmentation, campaign execution, lead scoring and nurturing; introduce and promote digital best practices such as testing, segmentation, life-cycle campaigns, dynamic content delivery, etc.
