Position Overview:

Product Management of Windstream Small Medium Business (SMB) products, focusing on strategic and complex products that complement the core High-Speed Internet or Voice service


Responsibilities:
  • Manage products such as SD-WAN, Manage LAN & Wi-Fi, Managed Router, Managed Network Security, Dedicated Internet Access, MPLS and other additional SMB products as needed
  • Day to day oversight of product, both operational and strategic, while identifying areas of opportunity to improve product and ensure all aspects of the product are successful
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand complex processes while driving improvements where needed
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing teams where needed to better understand what competitors are doing with pricing, features, fees and charges, and customer onboarding
  • Product KPIs focus:  based on product sales and churn, monitor product performance and suggest/assist with needed alternations or additional focus
  • Work with internal reporting teams to procure necessary reporting and business intelligence to perform KPI analysis
  • Solid presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas and strategies to executive members
  • Champions ideas and projects across a matrixed organization, managing through influence to drive team members from across the company towards common objective of growing sales revenue in their channel and region
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Ability to manage virtual teams with members from other organizations including engineering, IT, finance, sales and channel support

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in ProductManagement or Marketing
  • Must be able to work efficientlywhile remote or virtual
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel,PowerPoint and Word
  • Limited travel required
