As a Windstream Enterprise Executive Administrate Assistant,

you will support the Senior Vice President of the Customer Advocacy organization within Enterprise Sales and be accountable for the support activities support meeting/event planning and facilitation, calendar management, new hire support, travel coordination, project management, reporting, and performance assessment. Must demonstrate professional discretion, independent judgment, strong initiative and follow-through, excellent planning skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a very fast-paced environment and a strong commitment to organizational success.


  • Manage daily and weekly reports for forecasting, pipeline reviews and top prospect advancement
  • Establish Account Research/Profiling best practices & processes to assist the Customer Advocacy team in fully exploiting growth opportunities
  • Collaborate inter-departmentally, particularly with Sales Operations and Marketing to proactively monitor the program’s success and understand granular-level opportunities to expand further
  • Coordinate and work with Sr Vice President of Customer Advocacy for workforce planning and in identifying and assessing areas of underperformance
  • Handle other priority projects and administrative duties as assigned
  • Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project and/or business

  • Ability to lead through influencing project teams without direct authority and to deliver results and in some cases, change behavior to improve outcomes; Actively drive cross functional project teams, keep them focused and engaged to meet deliverables and ensure program/project success criteria are met

  • Ability to listen and gather customer/user inputs, simplifying complex topics for non-technical audiences and prepare quick pointed summaries for executives and stakeholders

  • Capable of handling and diffusing conflict defuse tension among project team

  • Ability to understand technical aspects of the assigned program/projects and elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments

  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:  

High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years’ experience with 4 years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
