The Recruiter will provide support for the recruiting and staffing efforts of multiple organizations.

Essential Functions:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and to assist and provide guidance in requisition completion.
  • Manage job postings, applicant review and screenings, schedule interviews, and/or assist with the interviewing process.
  • Coordinate and assist in the offer process.
  • Complete the offer process until the new hires start date.
  • Develop recruiting sources to maintain an uninterrupted flow of candidates.
  • Provide coaching to hiring managers on the interview and hiring processes 
  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track candidates through Taleo, and effectively maintain a workbench in the system.
Essential skills:

Extensive high-volume full life cycle recruiting is necessary to be successful in this position. Must be able to successfully work with a diverse array of management and communication styles to provide world class customer service. Must be able to efficiently manage multiple priorities and demonstrate good decision-making skills in prioritization.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:  

College degree and 2-4 years professional level experience; or 6+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
