General Summary:

The UCaaS Project Coordinator II is responsible for comprehensive management and oversight of all network deployment for project assigned. The Project Coordinator will monitor and execute all orders required to support the UCaaS solution, from Service Delivery accepted through install. As a member of the project team, the PC is responsible for developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with our partners and customers.

  • Obtain and maintain a clean technical scope of work.
  • Provide one consistent point of contact for all network orders for the lifecycle of the implementation process.
  • Decrease overall installation intervals by minimizing reschedules.
  • Retain customers by providing a superior installation experience. 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for successful network deployment; all related orders.
  • Attend meetings with PM, customer and project teams, also proactively communicate with Sales / SE AE on behalf of PM to ensure proper solution will be implemented.
  • Inform PM and customer of key dates including but not limited to circuit FOC, CPE installation, activation and porting.
  • Work closely with UCaaS PM to provide technical updates, documentation, and timelines.
  • Schedule non-customer facing groups such as Managed Security, Service Activation, and Field Operations.
  • Track facility holds and keep all required parties updated.
  • Make updates to VSR that do not require an SE or technical enrichment resource.
  • Confirm port list with customer (and programming DB if applicable). 
  • Ensure all provisioning system tasks are completed in a timely manner. 
  • Promptly notify LNP of any changes to port date requirements. 
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers and internal groups if needed for ICB discussion, Managed Security needs, etc. 
  • Enter precut revisions for PSR changes. 
  • Coordinate, schedule, and attend all SAT calls with customer, vendor and internal groups.
  • Release SAT and internal groups when their duties are complete. 
  • Confirm customer is aware of any needed Demarc extensions and Ethernet site requirements. 
  • Ensure, with UCaaS PM, that customer appropriately schedules their IT/Voice/Security vendors. 
  • Accurately prepare Application Memo and LNP list. Supply lists to customer well in advance of cutover activities. 
  • Update provisioning system milestone dates including CPE configuration, CPE installation, activation, and LNP. 
  • Update provisioning system notes with correspondence regarding customers' milestone dates, ICB approvals, and Operations dispatch ticket numbers. 
  • Provide prompt communication to customers, vendors and internal departments. 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years experience with 3+ years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
