JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Windstream Enterprise Office Manager, you will:

 Provides administrative sales support to the local sales branch. Provides daily support to sales staff in the areas of order validation and tracking, mail processing, office supplies and collateral, facilities maintenance, special events and expense tracking.

Job Responsibilities

- Utilizes third-party tools to provide loop quotes, address validations, and Customer Service Records (CSRs). Interprets the information received and

validates the signed order for accuracy.

- Qualifies new order packages to ensure accuracy and follows up with Sales, customers, agents, and/or vendors to obtain required information.

Administers quality control standards to ensure accurate order entry prior to order submission to the Solutions Engineering organization.

- Serves as a liaison between Sales office staff, Service Delivery, Solutions Engineering, and other back office organizations tracking sales orders

from signature to installation and resolving order issues as they arise. Resolves rejected order statuses including customer credit.

- Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on internal systems, products and processes related to the sale of Windstream products and services.

- Processes all office correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls). Monitors expenses for mail and office supplies.

- Trains new sales employees on all office procedures including systems, local contacts, facilities/security information, and New Employee Onboarding processes.

- Creates and maintains tracking spreadsheet for sales, attendance, and a local phone directory. Consolidates weekly funnel and sales reports as requested.

- Performs monthly order quality reviews in coordination with the Regional Director, provides feedback to Regional Support Coordinators to suggest improvement and consistency in processing sales orders.

- Other duties as assigned.  Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years experience with 3 years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
