The Network Analyst II – NOC will be responsible for providing operational support for Windstream’s service provider data network. The network consists of Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco routers and switches.

The Data Network Operation Center (DNOC) provides 24x7x365 support for the Windstream Communication service provider data network.

Knowledge of data networking concepts and technologies such as routing protocols, TCP/IP, PPP, and Ethernet. Good communication skills are a necessary component of the job.

Work is performed in shifts within a 24x7 Network Operations Center environment.

Must be available to work ANY SHIFT, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:  Associate Degree in a technical discpline and 4-6 years technical/telephony experience with 4 years directly related to the job; or 7 years of directly related telephony or network operations experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience required.
