Manage Network Techs on install/repair/ maintenance of Central Office, switching, transport equipment, and outside plant. Coordinate completion of capital projects, track/control expenses. Heavy emphasis on: customer service, productivity, promoting and selling Windstream products and services. Coordinate training; manage overtime and budget costs; follow up on PSC and any customer issues. Travel is required and perform other duties as assigned by district/state operations management. 

***Could travel up to 40% across PA and NY for business needs***

Strong data, network, and infrastructure skills; computer skills, ability to supervise, motivate and train technicians; self-starter; highly motivated; team builder; good writing and oral communication skills; knowledge of capital project procedures; good customer relations; project management skills. 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years related technical and/or telephony experience; or an equivalent combination of education and technical level related experience required.
