Do You Have:
- Knowledge of SDWAN, Ethernet, and MPLS
- Knowledge of legacy and modern network operations a plus.
- Experience in a telecommunication service provider
- Previous experience in IT, network operations, or engineering also desired.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate and negotiate across all levels throughout the organization, including at the executive level.
- Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau to analyze and visualize data. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills and experience with a variety of network platforms and devices preferred.
- Previous telecom industry and working experience utilizing business process methods such as Lean Six Sigma, eTOM, or other process frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills in addition to the ability to effectively manage and prioritize individual projects and tasks.
- You will report to the Director – Process Development.

Minimum Requirements:
- College degree in a Technical or a related field and 2 years professional level experience; or 6 years professional level related Technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Technical experience required.
