•Lead multiple strategic marketing, sales and service campaigns/programs with significant impact on customer and financial results. Lead and participate on cross functional teams to achieve business goals. 
•Support sales strategy – SalesForce dashboards, KPI analytics, align priorities across all regions
•Enhance partnership between marketing and sales working closely with field marketing peers to champion the sales channels needs across the organization
•Collaborate with key partners within Windstream including sales operations, sales engineering, training, demand gen, event marketing, PR, AR and product marketing. 
•Drive strategic direction for marketing initiatives and promote best practices across the regions.
•Develop marketing campaigns to drive revenue, reduce sales rep churn and align with company objectives
•Work effectively with both agencies and internal teams to flawlessly deliver marketing programs and events that drive results against established strategic objectives, timelines and financial goals.
•Create and manage project plans and timelines to ensure key deliverables are met. Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks & meet deadlines. 
•Work with cross-functional marketing teams to drive the integrated marketing (email, print social, demand gen, collateral, advertising etc) to market and promote assigned campaigns.  
•Responsible for campaign lead management and reporting to prove out the investment and show success. Provide regular reporting to sales leadership highlighting major WINs and lead progression. 
•Develop planning tools for budget tracking, project timeline, production schedules, event/campaign specs

•6+ years experience developing broad-based B2B marketing strategies to support business priorities
•Solid B2B marketing skills and experience, including strategic planning, GTM planning, branding, direct marketing, marketing research, digital marketing, sales, sales support. 
•Ability to synthesize business information 
•Strong project management and problem-solving skills, adept at managing multiple programs simultaneously within tight deadlines.
•Strong analytical/quantitative (i.e., Excel) and presentation (i.e., PowerPoint) skills.
•Experience with SalesForce CRM and lead management platforms (marketo) highly preferred
•Self-motivated to stay current on new trends/initiatives within B2B marketing and telecom/IT services industry and improve current business practices. 
•Naturally inquisitive, decisive and action-oriented with an inclination to try new ideas and approaches to win in a competitive marketplace.
•Poised, professional, articulate, outstanding written and verbal communications skills and professional demeanor – strong comfort with presenting to sales and executive leadership. 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:  

College degree and 8+ years professional level experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or 12+ years professional level related experience with 3-4 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience desired.
