Engage with our Customers during initial deployment of our Strategic applications, including Office Suite, IPSimple and targeted Network Services.   They will act as the customer’s consultant on both new configuration of services and migration strategy to our solution. They will engage with the Project Coordinator on database configuration needs and timelines to keep project on track.  This role will also serve as a Tier 2 resource to Field Operations technicians on complex MAC activities.

Collaborate with Sales Engineering during design phase.   

Engaged directly with Customer to verify Critical Business needs and document system configuration parameters to meet those needs. 

Engage with TSS on any complex programing needs and validate customer’s needs are met. 

Engage with SAT on any complex network configuration and validate customer’s needs are met 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma 
Excellent customer engagement skills, prior experience with complex programming and call flow design of OfficeSuite and IPSimple, solid knowledge of IP design. 

Preferred qualifications: 

5 plus years experience in design, configuration and deployment of end user phone solutions.

3 plus years experience in design, configuration and deployment of IP based Network solutions.
