About the Role: 
This role is responsible for leading digital demand generation efforts targeting consumers and businesses to achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and high-quality leads that drive conversion by strategically exploiting all aspects of the digital marketing planning, development, and implementation. The successful candidate will primarily focus on paid media, specifically paid search, paid social media and display advertising.

The Digital Marketing Consultant will be an integral part of a high-performing marketing team working with and managing third party vendors applying best practices, testing results and performance analysis to generate demand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop branded and nonbranded paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy, targeting, reporting, media budgets and regular program optimization, in support of business unit revenue and demand generation objectives.
  • Assist with the management of third party vendors to ensure peak performance while balancing expense.
  • Assist with creation, implementation and monitoring of SEO strategy as needed. 
  • Keep up to date on the latest trends and concepts in Paid Search/Social/Media best practices as well as changes to Google/other search engine algorithm changes and ensure that content is updated for continued search performance.

Do You Have? 

  • Expertise in SEM, SEO, paid social and digital display demand generation strategies and execution focused on best practices
  • Experience in messaging and testing for optimized results
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • A high-level understanding of third party website integrations 
  • Experience working with senior level business leaders in defining reporting and data requirements
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Experience in matrix management of a cross-functional team of contributors
  • Be independent with strong initiative and be results-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
  • Digital marketing experience, preferably in the telecom or technology industries
  • Flexibility to travel up to 15%

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9 years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
