The Customer Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for developing, supporting and growing sales in a specific geographic territory.  This position will work closely with a dedicated sales team to support our customer base.


  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
  • Conduct regular customer review calls and follow up as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Understand the customer’s business/sales model to influence key players
  • Assist customers in building and growing their business with our product
  • Demonstrate a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge
  • Provide product demonstrations via webinars
  • Update job knowledge by studying new products; participating in educational opportunities
  • Initial contact for our dealers and end users
  • Handle pricing questions, basic technical questions and problem solving customer issues  

Job Requirements

  • Inside sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a high volume, rapidly changing environment
  • Must be self-motivated and competitive, but also a team player.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a high level of integrity are also essential.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Must have excellent  time management
  • Strong Organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word) and CRM software (Salesforce)
**Travel to attend customer events once a year

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
