General Summary:
  • Deliver both online training to customer on OfficeSuite Phones and OfficeSuite Portals
  • Provide support to Management on delegated responsibilities
  • Assist Team members with training completion and escalations
  • Inherent flexibility designed to adapt to customer and Project Manager needs 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver extensive training to external customers through online webinar and over the phone.
  • Provide Online user training to external customers on phones and help reconfigure routing as needed
  • Assist in building internal customer database where customers phone numbers and extensions are stored. 
  • Deliver to customer, knowledge on how to maintain and navigate the database as well as operation of the phone system.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and questions from customers and respond accordingly and timely.
  • Provide advice and guidance to Project Managers on their orders, or areas of concern based on Trainers knowledge of the OfficeSuite Portals
  • Possess excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Participate in creating and implementing Departmental procedures
  • Work directly with Team Lead on escalations and process enhancements
  • Fill in for their Team Lead when necessary

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
College degree and 0-3 years professional level experience; or 4+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
