Position Summary:


The Revenue Specialist is the one point of coordination between sales, sales support, sales process, sales training, sales enablement, and IT when it concerns the resolution of issues and/or requests related to sales policy, process, and systems from the sales organization. 


The revenue Specialist will do so by working collaboratively with internal customers and peers to create a consistent, positive support experience through proactive communications and timely completion of all issues and/or requests.


The Revenue Specialist is also responsible for ongoing management of CRM access management, partner quote request routing, customer and prospect segmentation, account assignment, and other activities as requested by corporate sales operations. This is a role which has critical interactions with all levels within the sales organization.


Primary Responsibilities:


• Monitor Sales Lead to Convert queue and ensure timely processing of requests
• Provide support or guidance by email or phone
• Effectively communicate, assemble, and work with cross-functional teams for special requests
• Provide an excellent customer experience by monitoring personal KPIs
• Identify and recommend system and process improvements
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) in various sales tools, as needed
• Other duties as determined by Sales Ops Manager 


Desired Qualifications:


• Minimally 2 years sales support and/or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize independently, most of the time
• Strong MS software skills and ability to quickly learn use of custom software
• Strong Teaming/Support/Customer bias
• Attention to detail and accuracy



Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent and 4+ years experience with 3+ years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
