Coordinator-Financial Services is responsible for reviewing past due customers at 45-120+ day aged buckets; that are eligible for suspension for nonpayment. Once they review and have validated services can be suspended, they will proceed in opening an order based on what product a customer has. Coordinator will also be responsible in placing a restore on account once payment has been made, those requests are initiated by our inbound team. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Identify if Parent/Child Hierarchy or Standalone Account
  • Review for any open billing disputes
  • Review for any Payment Investigation tickets (PI tickets)
  • Review for outbound suspend call
  • Review for any open orders that might hold up a suspend order
  • Review for manager approvals for Elite/Major accounts before place suspend order
  • Identify what products/services that are on the account and open the order accordingly either by JIRA ticket or open PSR with the correct provisioning plan for soft suspend (DNP).
  • Rep will need to note, change status of the account to reflect soft suspended.
  • Once suspend order is placed, the rep will need to track their work for reporting purposes.
  • Restore of services, individual will work from email distro and as well pull a daily report / queries each morning to see who has paid to ensure restore orders are placed.
  • Restore order will be the reversal of what the suspend order was placed.
  • Rep will then charge a restore fee of $50.00 to the customer’s account
  • Rep will need to note, change status of the account to reflect restored/active.
  • Once restore order is placed, the rep will note the suspend tracker that the account was restored, paid in full, payment plan, or dispute.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:  

High School diploma or equivalent and 4+ years experience with 3+ years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
