Position Summary:

The Consultant position is responsible for leading the Service Activation and Translations functional areas of SME's to collaborate with IT on integration projects.  The consultant will investigate business processes and close gaps related to the integration of systems. The incumbent will follow project management methodology, leading the Service Activation and Translations teams to document changes to business process, ensure data integrity and validate testing results prior to integration.  The consultant will guide functional core teams to meet company goals and objectives set for migration projects and confirm successful implementation. 

Essential Functions:

• Drive Gap Analysis with IT
• Perform Process analysis
• Create testing plans and lead a team of User Acceptance Testers from Service Activation and Translations functional areas
• Lead a team to perform data clean up
• Provide escalation support for User Acceptance Testing & process issues
• Create a training program for Service Activation and Translations, including scheduling and delivery

Create reporting and distribute to Leadership, tracking test cases, orders, backlog, etc.

Manage communications to impacted teams within Service Activation and Translations.
• Special projects as assigned

• Strong project leadership skills and execution focus to drive results through performance – both at the individual level and at the team level.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
