The Consultant is responsible for collecting, sorting, parsing, and presenting Windstream Enterprise Operations specific performance data to the business and third party vendors. WIN performance metrics will include, but not be limited to: measuring order intervals, order volume, on time delivery, tracking and trending order/task infrastructure, MTTR, CDD, ASA, and identifying organizational efficiencies and improvement opportunities. The Consultant will operate advanced reporting business analytic tools to effectively manage internal and external business owners and generate executive presentations. He/she will design and implement processes to extract critical data from multiple applications and organizations. The Consultant will ensure that data collection procedures capture accurate, complete, and timely datasets. Processes and reports will adhere to the development lifecycle and will be constantly reviewed and updated to keep pace with the evolving WIN business. 

 
Essential Functions:
  • Reporting Tool: Excel, Crystals Reports, SSRS, etc 
  • Data Visualization Tool: Tableau, etc. 
  • Presentation Tool: PowerPoint, Word, PDF, etc.
  • QL/Database: Oracle, Microsoft SQL server, MS Access, MySQL, PHP Scripting, Automation Scripting, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Operational systems for Service Delivery, Care, and Repair.
  • Understanding of processes for functional teams
  • Able to work with business owners and vendors to develop processes that improve processes

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 5-7 years professional level experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years professional level related experience with 2-3 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
